CPD Training Events - Aims & Objectives

CPD training events are offered termly across England, free of charge to all CC4G Facilitators in the DCSF-funded programme only. Each term, the events will focus on a different Courseware Topic and its associated software package. These events are often hosted by employers, which have included in the past Accenture, EDS, Oracle, IBM and Ford.

By the end of the training session, you will have learnt how to:

• differentiate the Challenges and how to judge when girls have achieved the best outcome for their age and ability
• plan and deliver the Topic provided by a range of suggested delivery schedules
• make full use of the Topic Activities, How2s and Assets
• to understand how to make best use of and use the key features of the recommended software packages and to have developed skills in using the associated software package which will contribute to your CPD

We will also be providing forums for new Facilitators to raise any administrative queries.
