An important component part of CC4G is creating lasting connections between employers and schools through CC4G Clubs, to ensure that the skills needs of industry are met and that girls understand the career opportunities open to them.

Employers can have a huge influence on girls' interest in IT.

Employers offer invaluable support to CC4G by providing Club members with the opportunity to work with an employer volunteer who uses his / her skills and experience to help the girls learn. Organisations also help by opening their doors to both girls and teachers, offering an important insight into the IT industry and careers.
