e-skills UK's Computer Clubs for Girls (CC4G) is changing the way girls think about technology and IT careers.
CC4G is full of fun activities and gets girls involved with technology in ways that are of interest to them - for example through music, fashion, celebrity and design.
The clubs are targeted at 10 to 14 year old girls and are run voluntarily by schools as an out-of-hours activity. An increasing number of employers are encouraging their staff to become involved with local CC4G clubs.
By March 2008, CC4G will have benefited up to 150,000 girls in 3,600 schools.
